Finn Meadows sleeps up to 9 guests across four bedrooms in a thoughtfully restored historic home where old charm meets modern comfort. The main level centers around a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and countertop seating, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, and a primary suite with its own full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms and a loft with a twin bed and full-size sleeper sofa give the layout flexibility for families or larger groups, along with a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Outside, two covered front porches invite slow mornings, while a private patio with a gas fire table, outdoor dining, and a grill makes for easy evenings under the stars. The property also includes an on-site EV charger, and the surrounding gardens and open meadows give guests plenty of room to spread out and relax. Finn Meadows welcomes families, and no parties are permitted.

Finn Meadows sits in Roseland, just south of Nellysford and Lovingston, and minutes from Route 151 and its celebrated Brew and Wine Trail. Wintergreen Resort, Crabtree Falls, and the Tye River are all a short drive away, along with local orchards and hiking at the Piney River Trailhead and Priest Summit. Several beloved wedding venues, including Pharsalia Events and Silver Fox Lavender Farm, sit within 15 minutes, making Finn Meadows a favorite home base for wedding weekends throughout the area. Charlottesville and the University of Virginia are about 45 minutes away.
